 New to Haas CNC Machining? I offer on-site coaching for getting set up and making chips.

Prototyping

Do you have a great idea? I can help with prototyping and test models for mechanical, structural or new product design. Experienced with all materials from non-ferrous to exotic metals, wood and plastics. Detailed assembly drawings, and prints for ordering materials available as needed. Vendor network for metals, hardware, tooling, hydraulics and fasteners.

Turn-key Process Solutions

Custom fixtures and work-holding to increase your quantity and quality. We use Pierson Pallets Systems and Mitee-Bite hardware for reliable, durable and precise fixturing. Made to measure parts for those times when standard sizes won’t do the job. Installation, first article proving and on-site coaching for use of your new fixtures. When possible, multiple operations can use the same pallet for even greater efficiency.

Machine Shop & Fabrication

Precision machining on Haas CNC lathe and mills. Expert fabrication for carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze and aluminum. Custom test equipment, measuring gages and solutions to refine your manufacturing processes.
